About the Author:
Todd is a Boston native who loves everything Japanese (except maybe takoyaki). He’s married, works full time, and spends whatever free time is left watching anime, talking about anime, or writing about it.

Todd has been a reviewer for quite some time as well. He started out as a game reviewer for smaller fan sites and eventually worked his way into larger, mainstream sites. You can find his reviews at www.dvdtalk.com and www.blogcritics.org. At both sites anime, manga, DVD, Blu-ray, and games take center stage on his resume. See a pattern here?

Here at Anime Maki you’ll find a wide selection of reviews. Some of these are for products that I buy, or are already in my collection, while others come direct from publishers (these will be noted as such directly after the ratings). Whether it’s my own, or one supplied to me for a review, my opinion is mt own. I will never take payment for a review and will always dish out an opinion the way I see fit. If I hate it, I’ll tell you. If I loved it, I’ll do the same. I try to keep things fair and balanced here, and will always approach material with an open mind (Except yaoi – it’s just not my thing. Sorry.). Any and all products of this nature are either kept or given away. No monetary gains come from reviews.
